Technical Features


• FIBC’ s of mostly known construction from circular fabric.

• Inner woven construction with panels from woven fabric / Net construction, to enable a perfect square – Form Stable -shape after filling

• Specially constructed reinforced woven areas, enables the strong webbing sewing against working loads of 250 kg up to 2000 kg with safety factors of 5:1 and 6:1

• Lifting style of 4 cross corner loops. Any kind of additional loop construction is applicable in most cases.

• Type-C and Type-D FIBC’ s are also available with different fabric types with respect to the antistatic features of the woven fabric. (Antistatic)

• Extrusion coating on fabrics are applicable. According to the application, coating can be inside or outside the bag.

• Also colored fabrics can be used to make distinguishable FIBC’ s for specific needs.

The Gambo bags are an advanced type of FIBC, specially designed to protect the products being transported in the best manner possible, against moisture, dust and accumulation of static electricity and contamination . Furthermore these FIBC' s are produced using very accurate technical procedures that make them totally sift proof, even for very fine powders.

The Gambo FIBC also allows you to transport far more products than a conventional FIBC, ensuring higher economy during loading, transportation, discharging and storage.When filled the Gambo FIBC maintains its rectangular or square shape.The regular FIBC becomes cylindrical in shape after filling.For this reason the Gambo patented Bag is able to utilise optimum container space.It is possible to transport and stock 16 - 23% more product with a GAMBO FIBC when compared with a standard FIBC.
